Abstract :
We have studied the dynamics of the additive-pulse modelocked (APM) laser under several parameter variations, such as fiber length, fiber coupling strength, and small-signal gain. We simulated and characterized these dynamics, which exhibit both quasiperiodic and chaotic behavior
