Research on enterprise risk control information system: The case of CIC

With the rapid development of economic globalization and investment diversification, enterprises are facing an increasingly complex international operation environment. When gradually expand the scale of investment, at the same time, enterprises have to bear more risk during operation. In this paper, we constructed an enterprise risk control model based on the COSO framework with the case of CIC. Furthermore, with the application of information technology, we established the enterprise risk control information system. With the help of a comprehensive enterprise risk control information system, CIC could reduce risk and loss suffered by foreign exchange assets diversification due to inadequate control, and finally reach the purpose that obtain higher risk-adjusted return on long-term investment.
