Research on business network competence structural model under low trust level

Network is one common model, but we still can not measure the business network competence structural under low trust level. Based on this real problem, this paper takes empirical research methods to explore the business network competence model under low trust level. The model consists of network planning, relationship management, resource identification and acquisition, management qualification. After analyzing the unique nature of enterprise networks under low trust level, on the one hand, this conclusion can expand the network theory to have the applicability and explanatory under low trust level, on the other hand, it can help enterprises to understand how to upgrade their own networks under low trust level.
