Abstract :
Among the instructional design methods focusing on learning, the ASSURE Model proposed by Robert Heinich is a classic one. The model is a guidance which guides teachers how to use media and technology in the classroom teaching. It provides teachers with a practical blueprint for instructional design and directs them to complete a media-based instructional design task systematically and to make the most of the media materials efficiently. In combination with subject characteristics of teaching Chinese as a second language, this paper designed ASSURE model training programs and developed a professional training website in order to provide an interactive platform for scientific instructional design of teachers of teaching Chinese as a second language.
