Abstract :
Leader is the key figure during organizational change with significant influence on its success. Based on the stakeholder theory and its analysis framework, we analyze a case about organizational change in depth and draw relevant conclusions, which provide a new view on behavior analysis of leading change. It is also a useful exploration for case study on behaviors of leading change.
