Abstract :
By the influence of global aging trend, the burden of governments in the endowment insurance is increasing heavier and heavier. The basic pension insurance, which is the main burden of the government, become gradually weak, but enterprise annuity mode are spreading quickly, which established by the enterprise spontaneous. In this paper, through summarizing the enterprise annuity system, it introduced and compared two annuity modes to promote the development of the Enterprise Annuity system.
