After careful and considered review of the content of this paper by a duly constituted expert committee, this paper has been found to be in violation of IEEE´s Publication Principles.
We hereby retract the content of this paper. Reasonable effort should be made to remove all past references to this paper.

Work-family conflict has been heavily investigated for many years, but the majority of the research gives very little discussion to the role of female university teachers. The major goal of this study is to analyze the situation of work-family pressure among female university teachers. The study used questionnaires in ten universities in China, 500 employed female university teachers participated in the study. Survey results revealed that female university teachers had big pressure on work and family. Through research results explores a particular method of maintaining work-family balance for female university teachers.
