Abstract :
In the 21st century, knowledge innovation is becoming the main purpose of sustainable development of enterprise, as far as employee which is the main body of knowledge innovation is concerned, its innovative efficacy is closely related to organizational culture, institutional structure, self-demand and the current situation of knowledge. This report takes this as a view point to make an ESEK motivational factor model of enterprise knowledge innovation, and then propose relevant motivational strategy on the aspects of culture, structure, psychology and benefit.
