Abstract
Through a quantitative analysis of shipping logistics human resources issues in Ningbo based on the interview with 80 shipping logistics employer and 250 employees, this article presents the major problems faced by shipping logistics human resources: less personnel with high degree and professional education background; more graduates incapable of responding to enterprises needs; and relatively low income for shipping logistics graduates. The study seeks to identify reasons for these problems and also gives the recommendations for shipping logistics human resources development in the future.
