    Human resource management outsourcing enables companies to focus resources on core business. It helps companies to reduce labor costs, maximize efficiency and get a dominant position in fierce competition. Therefore, human resource management outsourcing, this new management mode is taken more and more seriously by companies. This paper studies problem on human resource management outsourcing decision in enterprise from the outsourcing needs analysis, outsourcing content selection and outsourcers choose these three aspects.
