Abstract :
Stimulation is an efficient means for the employers to stir up the employees´ enthusiasm and creativity. Stimulation should be at the suitable time and belated stimulation would cause negative effects. The article sets forth the harms of belated stimulation by constructing a game model of belated stimulation and using the marginal analysis method in the economics, reveals the reasons of the belated effects of stimulation, and brings forward some defensive measures in order to prevent belated stimulation.
