Abstract :
Under the basis of the status quo of industrial structure in Heilongjiang province, using the grey correlation analysis method to construct mathematical model of the upgrading of the industrial structure in Heilongjiang province, the paper evaluates the upgrading effect of industrial structure compared with other provinces in Heilongjiang province and summarizes the existing problems in the upgrading of the industrial structure.
