Abstract :
Messiah´s Mobile Mentor [MMM] is an educational program designed to generate student interest in the mathematical, engineering, and scientific fields of studies. Specifically, this program contains a number of experiments and demonstrations presented to younger students (kindergarten through 12th grade) in their schools. The program is divided into five categories; mechanical, electrical, thermodynamic, chemical and environmental experiments/demonstrations. Three senior engineering students developed the format, designed the experiments and demonstrations, presented the program to three distinct age groups, and have provided feedback from both the students and teachers. The paper provides an overview of the program and the results of its first year of operation. Recommendations for improvements in the future are also made
