Notice of Retraction
After careful and considered review of the content of this paper by a duly constituted expert committee, this paper has been found to be in violation of IEEE´s Publication Principles.

EIA (Environmental impact assessment) and environmental acceptance both are important part of coal mine´s environmental management. The demands in EIA period are materials particular in environmental acceptance period. Then environmental acceptance can feed back important informations to EIA. Currently, there is less interaction between these two areas. This article analyzed the current situation and existing problems of Coal Mine´s EIA and Environmental Acceptance, and proposed the establishment of an interactive mechanism.
