Abstract :
After analysed the earthquake disaster fatalness and the actual requirements of the shelters´ plan and location, Based on remote sensing images, this article provided a multi-attribute decision-making methods based on information entropy and give out the mathematical model and realize methods. After the calculation of the planning and location of Beijing CHAO-Yang District emergency shelter, The feasibility and the validity of the method have been verified.
