School moral leadership is a new theory about school leader practice which is constructed on moral authority and values of school leadership. It believes the nature of school is the metaphor of learning community, proposes the idea that school leader should set professional authority and moral authority firstly and practices the idea which constructs substitute for school leader. The article discusses emphasis implications which moral leadership takes to promoting the principal´s leadership on the base of understanding the principal´s leadership again.
