Notice of Retraction
After careful and considered review of the content of this paper by a duly constituted expert committee, this paper has been found to be in violation of IEEE´s Publication Principles.
We hereby retract the content of this paper. Reasonable effort should be made to remove all past references to this paper.

Under the influence of Internationalization of Chinese accounting, coordination between accounting standards and international practice and conduction of international accounting affairs, the reform of accounting education has been given a new historical mission. This paper uses the way of document research and is based on some papers published in main accounting periodicals from 2006 to 2010, Making a system analysis of accounting education and talents training in recent 5 years. In the end, it put forward some related advice.
