Study on the constraint mechanism of corporate social responsibility based on social network embeddedness

Along with China´s rapid economic development, Enterprises play an close important role in socio-economic activities. However, under the situation of frequent exposure of corporate social responsibility(CSR) issues in recent years, more attentions are paid to it by all social classes. This paper analyzes the social responsibility, the constraint mechanism of CSR and social network embeddedness, elaborates the constraint mechanism of CSR under social network embeddedness angle of view.
