Abstract
In this paper, the laser ablation method was used for the preparation and further investigation of aqueous colloidal solutions of As2S3. This technique allows preparation of pure, non-oxidized solutions of nanoparticles in different organic matrices. The measurement of optical nonlinearities was carried out by the Z-scan method with closed and open aperture, providing separation of absorptive and refractive nonlinearities.
