As a kind of socialization of investment tools, private equity funds originated in the U.S.100 years ago. In our country, the private equity funds have a shorter history. There is no formal official definition. it generated a pattern by itself, including private equity funds and venture investment company, industrial investment funds, investment companies, investment management companies, investment consultation companies, asset management companies, investment guarantee companies, trust. China private equity funds have been developing rapidly, it has its own features, but it also has many problems. That should be settled as soon as possible.
