Abstract :
Properties of positive real functions (PRFs) under differentiation operation are discussed. Properties of the even and odd parts of the Hurwitz polynomial are generally similar under derivative and integral operations. The derivative properties of Lucas PRFs and Hurwitz functions are examined. A new class of PRFs is obtained from hyperbolic Hurwitz functions and their derivatives
