Abstract :
The value that the customer loyalty brings to retail enterprises is long-term and stable. This thesis elaborates from the value analysis of the customer loyalty, discuss the various interests that customer loyalty can bring to retail enterprises, analyse several key factors to affect customer loyalty, and put forward the ways and measures to strengthen and improve the customer loyalty of retail enterprises.
