  • Abstract
Along with the expanse of Internet, single server has been out of run for a long time, while extra unused resource is increased day after day. Therefore, a new network model comes up, that is Peer-to-Peer model. This paper introduces three kinds of Peer-to-Peer, and presents a Peer-to-Peer index algorithm based on root server. The algorithm can make a more reasonable load distribution, reducing the large traverse, with a high search efficiency.
