Abstract :
The paper based on actual research and interview of e-government situation of Lin Hai´s Administrative Units in “The Five-Year Program (2011-2015)” and based on reading domestic and foreign bibliography. Firstly, it analyzes the current situation and existing problems of domestic and foreign e-government performance evaluation; Secondly, using the general international building method of performance indicators, it designs -government progressive level evaluation index system according to the specific EG situation of LinHai city; Then it calculates weights of the indicator system based on AHP thoughts and methods; Finally, it takes 10 units samples of survey data to analyze, normalizes data firstly, and then combining weights of indicators, it performs matrix operations to get results and ranking.
