The construction of the curriculum system of finance major must reflect the requirements of multi-disciplinary base, profound foundation and broad scope. Finance is one of the branches of economics, which determining the research approach-to study the finance issues from the economics perspective, the main trend of contemporary finance. Modern finance has the foundation of both the economics and management, politics, sociology and law. Consequently, scientific and rational construction of the curriculum system is an important guarantee for talents training. Currently, curriculum system in the new-founded undergraduate colleges confronts with many difficult problems that need further improvement continuously in the construction of curriculum.
