Abstract :
The team member selection of a virtual R & D team is critical to success. This paper presents a selection method of virtual R & D team member based on fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, which first establishes an evaluation index system of virtual R & D team members and then uses the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to establish the selection decision model, and finally proves the effectiveness and feasibility of the model through case study.
