Abstract :
An optimization method is presented for the calibration of waveguides. For the de-embedding up to the level of interest, a precise calibration determines the accuracy of the final result. Based on a simple model with well-chosen standards, we have determined an optimized method to reduce the possible errors when calibrating a rectangular waveguide
