The development of the enterprise is effected by internal and external environment. Different enterprises have different performance in different development period as well as different environment. The performance is caused by the internal quality named enterprise venerability. It includes the abilities that the enterprise preferment in adapting the environment and in recovers from disasters. The conception of vulnerability is not only associated but also different from risk, crisis, and enterprise health. To recognize the conception of enterprise vulnerability will enhance the adaption to the environment and be helpful in risk management.
