Abstract :
A 0.65mW 2.4GHz low power low phase noise LC-VCO for IEEE 802.15.4 application is implemented in 0.18μm CMOS technology. With the use of adaptive body biasing technique, the supply voltage could be as low as 0.45V, consuming only 1.1mA current by the VCO core.
