Abstract :
The recent trend in automobiles is to incorporate the electronic components, which are used for energy conservation and to empower the effective control of the devices in the automobile. In this issue, our circuit design involves developing a hybrid circuit involving the automation of parking light, and head light dim and deep in the automobile. These are the primary components which when automated would reduce the consumption of battery power and enhance the life of the battery for automobile. The whole circuit operation is based upon an element called light dependent resistor (LDR). It consists of switch, which is used to limit the control of either parking light or headlight dim and deep by LDR, which senses the illumination of street light. By this way the continuous glow of any of the lamps is prevented and hence the wastage the battery power is hammered. A prototype model of the circuit with all this components was developed and tested in a four wheeler (MARUJTI 800). On installation, battery´s lifetime is considerably increased by 35%. This project is in the model of extension to the development of embedded system, which can control all the devices in the automobile under a single circuit.
