Abstract :
In this paper, the structure of Glucose bio-sensor is proposed and analyzed. The selected silver slice is used through electroplate processing to made the AgCl reference electrode. The Cycle Voltametry (CV) is used to immobilize the enzyme to form the Pyrrol polypropylene thin film on the surface of working electrode. The entrapment Pt electrode with enzyme is response the linearity electronic signal to transfer the recognizable current signal in relation with the concentration of Glucose. The folded-cascade operational amplifier with low offset, low noise, and high sensitivity, is designed and simulated by HSPICE. The procedures of the enzyme entrapment and the electrode manufacture are controlled by Labview software to programming the programmable instrument. The Instrument Amplifier (IA) is consisted from those amplifiers to make a transducer with high common-mode rejection ratio. Using commercial Op-amp to realize the IA to product the response current range 15-60 muA corresponding to the measured concentration 2-25 mMol of Glucose, respectively. Due to the advantageous of versatility applications for the VLSI design. The architecture of the Glucose electrochemical bio-sensors are designed, analyzed, and fabricated in the electronics circuit. There have a great potential in the biological detection system for the diagnosis of health factor and bio-medicine applications.
