Abstract :
Use SPSS factor analysis to investigate the long-term spouse life, to analysis microchimerism expression in peripheral blood after kidney transplantation, which can effectively improve the quality of clinical data processing, and carry out the development of immune tolerance correlation studies easily. Long time of living together enables the wife to receive passive immunization, due to possibilities of body fluid exchanges, and probably form immunologic tolerance. As a result, after operation, wives received living kidney transplantation from husband were better, so there were fewer possibilities of rejection, and the survival rates were higher.
