The Correlation Analysis of S and T Policy and Innovation of Hi-tech Enterprises

S&T policy is an important force to promote innovation and development of high-tech enterprises and an important support to enhance the power and vitality of high-tech enterprises. In this paper, the existing S&T policies will be hackled and those S&T policies related with the innovation of the high-tech enterprises will be choosed; Then, the descriptive analysis of key factors will be carried through, which would conduct scientific and technological innovation of hi-tech enterprises; Finally, the correlation analysis will be adopted to study the relation of S&T policy and hi-tech enterprise innovation. On these works, put up the identify problems and countermeasures.
