  • Abstract
In this paper, we present our work on developing perceptual quality metrics for low and very low bit-rate videos. At current stage, we´ve finished a number of subjective viewing experiments, and several video content-based models are built based on the experiments to measure the perceptual quality of frame-dropped and blurred video sequences. Experimental results show that the models can achieve very good performances.
