Abstract
Nonorthogonal multiresolution wavelet analysis (NOMRWA) is well applicable to finite signals of arbitrary length, and has been successfully applied to different biomedical signals. This paper presents an application of NOMRWA on electrogastrogram (EGG), Noise detection and denoising using NOMRWA were performed on EGG signals. Experimental results showed that this could be very promising method for EGG signal processing
