Abstract :
In this paper, we pinpoint the missing criteria for developing typical AR prototypes to avoid user requirement mismatch with reference to the end design, particularly due to the absence of user needs discovery. Further, we share a case study that adopt a combination of user research processes to ground the mobile AR guide design requirements from the user (tourists) perspectives.
