Abstract
Internet commerce is fundamentally re-shaping the course of businesses. There is tremendous potential for enterprises to harness the power of Internet commerce to improve their productivity and sharpen their competitive edge in both local and international markets. It is therefore of importance that insight be gained into the factors affecting the adoption of the technology. This paper reviews models of adoption of electronic commerce in general, and proposes an integrated model for Internet commerce
