  • Abstract
    Digital double-ring sensor based on silicon nanowires is demonstrated experimentally for the first time. An ultrahigh sensitivity δλ/δn up to 1.46 × 105 nm/RIU is achieved. And the detection limit is close to 2 × 10-6.
