Abstract :
This study focuses on international R&D projects with organization mix, i.e., heterogeneous parties namely government, corporation and academia. For such a scenario, the authors propose a framework incorporating world view and system concepts. The framework is shown to be practical by an example of a collaborative R&D project of Asia Pacific countries
