Abstract
Summary form only given. One of the great debates in ethics has always been to decide if there is one great master plan for ethical behavior that is universally acceptable. The problem with this debate is that there are dozens of different models of what ethical behavior should be. This paper is the result of research, interviews and case studies with a variety of different nationalities. It expresses and compares the differing points of view on the cultural-ethical conflicts of technology transfer
