Abstract
A distributed model for GaAs nonlinear transmission lines (NLTLs) has been developed through the use of microwave network theory. This model is more accurate than the lumped element model that has been widely used before. The FDTD technique is used to simulate the NLTLs for the first time. Simulation results show good agreement with Spice and experiment results
