Abstract
This paper aims to evaluate the quality of the Online Credit Exemption System by conducting a formative evaluation. The testing group consisted of 28 students from Bachelor in Computer Science and Bachelor in Business Computing programs who have had experience doing credit exemption manually. Four bachelor program coordinators who have had experience in manual credit exemption processes were also surveyed. The instrument used is a self-developed questionnaire consisting of items on demographic characteristics, system usefulness, system ease of use, intention to use, and optional short answer feedback. Results reveal that majority of the respondents intent to use OCES because the system is useful, efficient, and easy to use.
