  • Abstract
Resonant Coriolis mass flowmeter (CMF) measures liquid mass flux via the Coriolis theory of the measurement tubes resonant vibration. So vibration disturbance impacts CMFs, especially the vibration at the meter drive frequency. This paper deduces the spatial finite element model of CMFs, then models double U-tube CMFs using ANSYS MATRIX27 elements; analyzes CMFs´ response subjected to the vibration at the drive frequency. The result shows there are some laws between the error of CMFs and the vibration. This paper is instructive to eliminate the impact of vibration on the CMFs and improve the accuracy of CMFs.
