Abstract
Patterns of satisfaction and dissatisfaction among Universiti Teknologi MARA Terengganu (UiTMT) academics for all job aspects and facilities were looked into. This paper describes the findings from a study conducted on 202 academics who have worked for at least one semester. Descriptive and mean analysis of data showed that academics were most satisfied with seeking knowledge to improve teaching skills, whereas they were very unsatisfied with printer facility and the amount of time allocated to carry out research.
