Abstract :
The decision tree classification algorithm technique is a common forecasting mode, the judgment on the date of talents recruitments, which can be used as the best talent identification, providing the reasonable and scientific supports for the talent identification. The talents recruitment is great important for the development of universities. The talent identification is accomplished by certain rules; it is difficult to ensure a comprehensive, scientific and accurate recognition result. But, the decision tree classification obtained the advantages of visual expression directly, transforming into a standard database query easily and classification model precisely, so it is widely used in the massive data analysis.
