  • Abstract
    The fatigue analysis model of vehicle frame based on random vibration theory is established according to studying a new special vehicle frame. According to the stress category of predicted points and material property, the modified fatigue curve(S-N curve) is obtained. Taking the FEA analysis results of the vehicle frame as the basis of fatigue calculation, the fatigue life and the fatigue damage of the vehicle frame are calculated using vehicle vibration theory with road spectrum, meanwhile the calculation results are also discussed. The model and the analysis method adopted in this paper also have significance to fatigue analysis and anti-fatigue design of other vehicle products.
