Abstract
The emergent resources can be served immediately is the most important task for the rescue mission. But it is too late to plan a path from supply points to the breakout point, when the emergency is happened. This article proposes a beforehand optimal model which solves the path selection problem before the outbreak of emergency, and the algorithm for emergency resource scheduling is given in this article. Finally, some examples are given to discuss the solutions to the problem about the emergency is occurred at the node of the network and outside of the network.
