  • Abstract
The quality and safety of pork product are the attention focus during the course of pork production, the paper improves the accuracy of data collection and transmission tracking system to increase the quality and safety of pork products, and proposes a new data acquisition and transmission method based on HACCP and RFID (radio frequency identification), The method analyzes the information flow chain of pork production, and designs the key points of traceability units and data acquisition and transmission; and discusses the network structure and system processes and software architecture and information identification programs of the traceability system of the pork food quality and safety based on the bar code and Internet technology, and achieves the effective tracking and traceability of pork quality information to consumers. The experiment results have shown that the method can effectively improve the quality and safety of system data acquisition and transmission accuracy during pork production and distribution.
