Abstract
The detection of a long linear frequency-modulated signal (LFM) with small frequency rate is studied in very low signal-noise ratio (SNR). By wigner-hough transform for each subsection of the signal, the LFM signal can collect a peak in each WHT plane. Making use of the character that and the peak moves continuously in multi-frame WHT plane is same as the moving target of a image sequence, a new detection technique combined WHT with image Processing is proposed. The technique is proved out by computer simulation of keeping good performance for this signal.
