Abstract
We present techniques for the solution of the multi-rate sampled-data H∞ synthesis problem. This makes use of the mathematical tools developed in Dullerud and Lall (1997). Necessary and sufficient conditions are given for the solution, and the problem is shown to be equivalent to a finite dimensional convex optimisation problem expressed in the form of linear matrix inequalities, for which standard numerical software is available
